Fenix × Kuzey
A four-creator campaign for the Fenix Air earbuds launch in Türkiye and Germany. This report covers what shipped, what it reached, and what we learned for the next flight.
What we measured, and how.
The goal was launch awareness in two markets — measured by behaviour, not impressions: watch-through past the integration, the click that follows, and the discount code used at checkout. Each creator carried their own UTM set and their own code; that's why every number in this report can be split per creator.

Four creators, two markets.
Chosen on audience fit, not follower count. The table is per creator; the blend hides nothing.
Redemptions, week by week.
Launch week wasn't the peak; week three was. Dedicated videos left a tail two weeks longer than integrations.
For the next flight.
The section most reports skip. Saying in writing what worked and what didn't makes the next campaign cheaper.
@miray.k's shorts beat her own dedicated video by 38% on cost per redemption. The next flight should shift budget toward short-form.
German click-through matched TR; redemptions ran at half. Don't expect DE conversion without a second touch — retargeting or a follow-up video.
@volkan.tech calling the battery claim 'optimistic' became the top-liked comment — and didn't dent redemptions. Trust is the precondition of conversion.
