How long does it take to build a website with Neptay?
Most 3–5 page business sites ship in one to two weeks from kickoff. Digital QR menus ship in days. Larger projects — product UI, complex multi-language sites — take three to six weeks, scoped up front so you know the timeline before you commit.
Do you build bilingual or multilingual websites?
Yes. Every site we build can ship in two or more languages from the same content layer — proper hreflang, locale-aware routing, and metadata in each language. We work natively in English and Turkish; other languages are scoped per project.
What stack do you build on?
Next.js (App Router), React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and Vercel for hosting. Content runs on the file system or a headless CMS (Sanity, Contentful) depending on how often you'll update. Everything is statically rendered for sub-1s page loads.
Do you work with creators and brands outside of Türkiye?
Yes. Our brand × creator practice runs partnerships at international scale — sourcing, contracting, production, and measurement across markets. We have extra fluency in Türkiye-market and cross-border deals, but we run campaigns worldwide.
Can you help us measure the ROI of an influencer campaign?
Yes — measurement is part of every campaign brief. We define KPIs up front (reach, engagement quality, attributed conversion, brand lift) and report against them with proper tracking links, post-campaign creator data, and a written debrief.
Do you offer ongoing support after a website launches?
Yes. Every project includes a post-launch support window — typically 30 days — to settle small fixes and copy tweaks. For ongoing changes, we offer monthly retainer hours or one-off engagements; both quoted up front.
Will my digital QR menu work without an app?
Yes. Our QR menus run in any phone browser — no app install required for guests or staff. Owners update prices, items and photos from a phone in the kitchen, and pricing is a one-time build plus optional hosting, not a forever SaaS subscription.
